We are pleased to share information about a new, optional Chromebook Protection Plan available to students in grades 1–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. This plan is designed to provide peace of mind for families and ensure students can continue to benefit from their assigned technology throughout the year with minimal interruption.

📘 What Is the Chromebook Protection Plan?

The plan helps cover repair or replacement costs in the event of accidental damage to school-issued technology equipment. For just $30.00 per student per school year, families can avoid unexpected repair expenses for up to two (2) incidents of accidental damage.

🕒 Enrollment Details

The $30.00 payment is non-refundable and must be made by Thursday, August 28, 2025, or within 15 days of receiving a CCPS device (for students who enroll after the start of the school year). One plan must be purchased per student per school year to maintain coverage.

Payments will be made to each student’s school and can be done through SchoolCash Online, cash or check.  Check your SchoolCash Online account or your child’s school for more information.
